Developing a SaaS platform, delivering new functionality faster or temporarily adding expertise to your own team? GlobalOrange helps you build and improve digital products that fit your users and business model.
Since 2006, we have combined product management, UX design and engineering. Our human-agentic teams use AI agents to accelerate development, with human direction and quality control.
- New SaaS products and online platforms
- Team extension and temporary projects
- Integrations, scalability and ongoing development

Where do you want to take your platform?
A new product
For established organisations and funded startups. We clarify your audience, proposition and initial scope, then build a version that helps users and enables you to gather feedback.
More development capacity
For SaaS companies with their own team. Add expertise or capacity to your roadmap, or ask us to deliver a temporary project. We adapt to your ways of working and share our knowledge.
Your next stage of growth
Make room for new customers, integrations and functionality. Together, we assess where technology, UX or product choices limit growth and which improvement should come first.
Platforms we build with our clients
A SaaS platform needs more than functionality
With SaaS, you provide software as an ongoing service. You need to onboard new users, separate customer data carefully and roll out improvements while customers keep working.
That is why we connect product decisions with technical design. Which parts are shared by every customer? Where is configuration needed? And what should you build now to enable the next stage?
What we explore together
- User roles, access rights and customer data isolation
- Onboarding, subscriptions and payment integrations where needed
- Integrations and APIs with existing systems
- Performance, availability and visibility into usage
- Security, testing, releases and operations

Human-agentic development for your platform
Our people guide product direction, architecture and quality; AI agents support development tasks. Working versions and feedback keep the focus on what your users need.
An existing SaaS platform requires knowledge of its code, integrations and product agreements. We tailor the use of AI to that context and review changes before they become part of your product.
AI functionality within your platform is a separate product decision. We explore which application creates value, what data it needs and how to assess the quality of its output.
How we start working together
-
Explore your situation
We discuss your product, users, roadmap and team. Ideally, we meet in person at your office or in Amsterdam. Together, we identify the expertise and first step that fit your situation.
1 -
Define scope and collaboration
We define the first phase, responsibilities and quality requirements. Discovery can help with a new product; for an existing roadmap, we build on what is already in place.
2 -
Build and keep improving
People and AI agents work on focused improvements. Working software and regular discussions give you visibility into progress. Testing, releases and knowledge transfer are part of the process.
3
From first version to a mature product
For a new platform, an MVP can help you start with a focused scope. The quality required depends on your users, data, integrations and intended use.
We work with established organisations and funded startups that want to develop their product professionally. After the first version, user feedback and product goals determine which additions are valuable.
Explore our approach to MVP development.
Ongoing development alongside your own team
An existing SaaS roadmap does not have to stall because capacity or expertise is missing. We can strengthen your team or deliver a defined project, such as an integration, a new module or a user experience improvement.
Together, we agree who makes decisions, how we discuss progress and how knowledge stays within your organisation.
Continuity from the outset
New functionality needs to fit what customers already use. We therefore also discuss maintenance, monitoring, release processes, technical debt and handover.
If the current technology is limiting further growth, targeted software modernisation may be the right next step.
Questions about SaaS platform development
How much does SaaS platform development cost?
The investment depends on scope, user roles, integrations, data and quality requirements. A first product needs a different approach from extending a platform with existing customers. We discuss the starting points and then propose a defined phase. Operations and ongoing development are also part of the overall cost.
Can you temporarily expand our SaaS team?
Yes. We help established SaaS companies with additional expertise or capacity and with temporary projects. We align the team structure with your roadmap and available people, with clear agreements on responsibilities, communication and knowledge transfer.
Is Product Discovery mandatory?
No. Discovery helps when user needs, scope or technical assumptions are still unclear. If you already have a clear roadmap or a defined brief, we identify what is needed to build on it. An initial exploratory meeting is the starting point.
Does our platform need to be multi-tenant?
That depends on your product and requirements for isolation, configuration and operations. With multi-tenancy, customers share parts of the infrastructure or application while their data and access rights must remain separate. We compare the options for security, operating costs and your product’s expected development.
Can you add AI to our existing product?
Yes. We start with the user’s problem and assess whether AI offers a suitable solution. We then look at data availability, integration, cost and evaluating the output. AI within a product and AI as a development tool are two different decisions.
How do you handle maintenance and ownership?
We agree on source code, documentation, licences, access and responsibilities upfront. For the period after launch, we discuss support, releases and ongoing development. You know how your team stays involved and what is needed to continue independently or with another partner later.
